Native Help staff


1. Company: An international apparel EC agency

2. Part-time Contract: weekdays / about 1 hour a day

3. Location: Your Home. (required a meeting in a week at our office)

4. Compensation: Y5,000 to Y85,800/M.(depends on sales profit ratio of the preceding month. Maximum deduction and within allowance for spouse.)

5. Option: Re-sign as a full-fledged employee is expected in the future

6. Duties: Customer Care, dealing with Email(Tel) inquiries from international customer / Version & Revision

7. Requirements:
- Available to start from May 1st
- Native English speaker
- Fluent level in Japanese
- Valid Japanese visa holder with work permit (Tourist visa will not be accepted)
- MUST current reside in Japan

- minimum 1 year of solid practical working experience in Japan and/or foreign-affiliated company in Japan
- experience in communication, public relations and/or marketing in fashion business a plus
- general knowledge of fashion business
- good verbal communication skills in Japanese
- good interpersonal skills to develop/maintain teamwork
- strong motivation in working in fashion brand management
